Kalamazoo Community Foundation spring scholarship deadline is March 31
Kalamazoo, MI—The March 31 application deadline for Kalamazoo Community Foundation
scholarships is fast approaching. The scholarships are offered by the Community Foundation
through a competitive application process to Kalamazoo County students or students who
attend a Kalamazoo County high school. In addition, the Community Foundation is accepting
applications for four scholarships offered to students living or attending school in Van Buren
County, as well as one scholarship for St. Joseph County students enrolled in veterinary school.
Complete eligibility criteria and application requirements for all scholarships is available
online at www.kalfound.org/scholarships. Applications for Kalamazoo Community Foundation
scholarships are completed and submitted online, using eGRANT, the Community
Foundation's Web-based scholarship application system. eGRANT enables scholarship seekers
to apply for up to eight Kalamazoo Community Foundation scholarships using one online form,
and is accessed via the Community Foundation's Web site at www.kalfound.org/eGRANT. The
Kalamazoo Community Foundation administers a scholarship program that each year helps
local students pursue their post-secondary education at colleges, universities and trade or
technical schools. Since it's founding in 1925, the Community Foundation has awarded more
than $20 million in scholarships and grants to 4,700 Kalamazoo area high school seniors,
